Founded by Rachel Hawse, our specialized search firm is a blend of experience working in and with Fortune 500 and mid sized business environments over the last 15 years in various capacities ranging from in-house strategic sourcing to HR leadership and recruiting. Beyond recruiting, Rachel has spent time managing vendor relationships between leading global Talent Acquisition Teams and nationally known top recruiting firms in order to meet rigorous recruiting goals for some of the world's leading brands. After sourcing internally for various corporate and manufacturing roles, she recognized the need for recruiting firms that were dependable, efficient and able to recognize and understand the true hiring needs companies were looking for while also representing them as a professional partner.
